I first became a landlord in 2001 after purchasing a duplex in Kemptville and have since built up a real estate portfolio of over 20 doors. Following the sale of my IT Practice in 2016, I promptly launched Stewart Property Management. My deep involvement in the rental real estate market had evolved into a genuine passion. Being a landlord myself has proven immensely advantageous for both SPM and our clients. Having accumulated years of firsthand experience before formally entering the industry, I've encountered and overcome a wide array of challenges. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my insights and lessons learned with our clients, assisting them in growing their real estate portfolios in Ottawa
